Eric Horn is a practicing attorney specializing in immigration law for nearly fifteen years. Mr. Horn has been serving the immigrant community in virtually all areas of immigration law. His expertise includes, but is not limited to green cards, family petitions, deportation defense, political asylum, visas, work visas, employment-based permanent residence, NACARA, TPS, and citizenship.

Many people believe that they have to travel to New York City and pay New York City prices to find a quality immigration attorney. However, Mr. Horn provides the best of both worlds. Mr. Horn worked in New York City for eight years for three different major immigration law firms. Mr. Horn brings that wealth of knowledge to the Long Island community in Brentwood. Further, Mr. Horn's prices are significantly lower than the standard rates charged by the New York City firms. The personal touch provided by Mr. Horn, his clear and concise explanations to clients, his experience and the low rates he charges separate him from other practitioners.

In addition to immigration law, Mr. Horn is also an experienced practitioner in criminal law, family and matrimonial law, and real estate. Mr. Horn handles a wide array of criminal and traffic matters in both Suffolk and Nassau Counties. This is helpful to the community in general and especially those who are not United States citizens, as Mr. Horn is able to advise of the immigration consequences of the possible results of a person's criminal case. Mr. Horn's experience in family and matrimonial law includes both contested and uncontested divorces, custody and visitation, child support, name changes, neglect, equitable distribution, and prenuptial agreements. Mr. Horn also is an experienced practitioner representing both sellers and purchasers in residential real estate.

Mr. Horn is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the only national organization for immigration attorneys. He is a current member and former past co-chair of the Executive Office for Immigration Review Litigation Committee for the New York Chapter of AILA. He has served on expert panels, is sought after for legal advice in the press, and has spoken on immigration matters at conferences. He is also a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association (SCBA). He is currently chair of the SCBA Immigration Law Committee. In addition, Mr. Horn is a member of the SCBA criminal law district court committee and the matrimonial law committee. He is also a member of the Hispanic Bar Association. In addition, Mr. Horn is a member of the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce, the Latin American Chamber of Commerce, and the Latino Jewish Committee of Long Island.

Mr. Horn can be heard on the radio Fridays at 12:30 pm on 1580 AM, where he provides valuable information and answers listeners' questions in Spanish regarding immigration law.

Mr. Horn's primary office is at 1010 Suffolk Avenue, Suite 2, Brentwood, NY 11717. The office is centrally located between the El Salvadorean consulate and the Brentwood train station. Consultations are also available in Nassau and New York City. Mr. Horn is available on weekdays, evenings and weekends by appointment, and payment plans are available.
